'Mr. Fix it' also known as Simon, is a Harwell trained engineer with many years of experience since. Now in his forties, his training from Harwell and a wealth of different industry experience leave him able and capable of fulfilling your requirements. "With the ability to turn my hand to most practical tasks nothing is every a large problem. However I try to never loose sight of how distressing it is for other people who need something doing, when they don't fully understand what is required and don't know who can be trusted to call upon. So my aim in business is to fill that gap. Although many people choose not to carry out household maintenance for themselves, this does not mean that they are unable to understand what needs doing. My role is to gain a clear understanding of the work required and then explain the ways forward in clear jargon free terms which allows them to feel comfortable and in control of with the way forwards." Customers deserve to know how much they will be charged what it is for and why it is needed. I know it sounds like a load of old blarney!
